The South Garda Karting track in Lonato was built in 1988. The length is 1010 meters, and the average width is 9 meters. The stands can accommodate up to 2000 people. Recently a major overhaul of the pavement, fencing and equipment was carried out. In the world of international karting, the Lonato circuit occupies a special place. Every winter all the world's stars flock here.
SouthGarda complies with all international standards (CIK-FIA license).
World and European championships have been held here several times and major international competitions are held annually: WinterCup, TrofeoPrimavera, TrofeoAutunno, TrofeoIndustrie, TrofeoMargutti, RokCupInternational, TrofeodelGarda.
SouthGarda is the secretly recognized capital of winter karting testing. Winter and spring competitions are very popular here and are excellent preparation for the new season.

The track is located on a plain in close proximity to the resort area of Lake Garda (10 km).
It's not just karting drivers who come to Lonato. One of the most frequent guests of the SouthGarda track is seven-time World Champion in Formula 1 racing Michael Schumacher.
